The story of "met stamp collector"

Listening to a baseball song together
Today I've planned to meet someone, so I am waiting outside in front of the city council because it is sunny today.
Suddenly a guy started singing with a loud voice. That song was the theme of the local baseball team. It sounds like Bon Jovi singer in London, but noonday sing together.
Everyone was surprised, so I asked an old guy who was sitting on the bench next to me, "What is going to happen to him?" That was the first contact with this guy.
Nishitetu market street
I have spent a long time out of Fukuoka-city which is my hometown, so I have noticed a lot of differences. Many buildings have been scrapped and rebuilt. I loved a bookstore before, called Maruzen(It has moved to Hakata station). But that building has been  scrapped and Tenjin-core building has disappeared as well.
That old guy said"When he was young , there was no Tenjin-core building, just Nishitetu market street." I listened to that  story for more than  two hours. Of course I met him today, but that time was interesting.
Day stamp on letter stamp
When I talked with that old guy who sat next to me, he took something from his bag. That was an old post card which had a stamp and a day stamp. But actually, that was a limited letter stamp and day stamp from the old days.

The limited stamp is already rare so a limited stamp and old date stamp is especially rare. That old guy said abroad, a letter stamp is prize even with date stamp. (That is confusing as a letter stamp and date stamp is all one stamp.) So I saw really rare stuff that day.
At end
The Tenjin-core building was gone, but IMS building and Mitukoshi building’s shadow extended to here, so that is when I said bye to that old guy.
I was glad because he told me that it was a long time since he talked with a young guy.
